The original Kranich was developed at the German Research Institute for Sailplane Flight (DFS) by Hans Jacobs; series production was undertaken by Karl Schweyer AG of Mannheim. In its version 2 the two-seater was the most-built glider in Germany between 1935 and 1939, with several hundred examples. No expense or effort was spared in the design of our model – the result speaks for itself.

- Control via rudder, elevator, ailerons and flaps
- Motor installation possible
- Detailed illustrated manual
- Small parts, linkages
Technical data:
- Wingspan: 3000 mm
- Length: 1142 mm
- Weight: 2.1–2.5 kg
- Wing area: 71.3 dm²
